Gambia: Access Bank Gambia Launches New Product
Access Bank The Gambia Limited on Thursday launched a new product tagged M-power at the Senegambia Beach Hotel.
M-power is a tailor-made payroll salary account product, which is designed to benefit companies and their employees, through an automated payment system.
In his welcoming remarks, Mr Yomi Akapo,Managing Director of Access Bank, The Gambia, said one of the main objectives of the product, is to give financial freedom to the employees of various institutions. He further stated that the bank will go above and beyond to satisfy its customers. "This new product is just one of the many products the bank has in stock," he said.
Mr Akapo called for closer collaboration between the bank and its customers for the mutual interest of all. "Access bank is here for you and we call on your support at all times," he added.
The launch was followed by a power point presentation of the new product by Bintou Macauley, of Retail Banking, followed by a question and answer session. Isatou Nasir Cham of Retail Banking closed the ceremony, while Ms Dede Nal Williams of public sector chaired the ceremony.
The benefit of this new product is an automated payment system, meant to reduce administrative work.
