Gambia News : Guinea Bissau’s chief of defence staff calls on Gambian leader in Banjul
Guinea Bissau’s chief of defence staff, navy captain Jose Samura
Induta, who is said to be on a three day working visit to The Gambia,
on Friday evening made a courtesy call on the Gambian leader, President
Yahya Jammeh, at State House in Banjul.
According
to reports by the Gambia Radio and Television Services, the navy
captain, who was accompanied to State House by the Gambia’s chief of
defence staff, Brigadier General Lang Tombong Tamba held a brief
meeting with President Jammeh.
During their meeting, the Gambian leader was said to
have given some advice on the importance of maintaining stability and
peace in Guinea Bissau in the interest of national development. He
spoke against the menace of drug trafficking, which he said was
inimical to national development and contributes to corruption.

This title has to be earn in accordance with the military codex and ethiks.
