Gambia News : Former intelligence boss arrested
Mr. Ngorr Secka, the former deputy director-general of the National Intelligence Agency, has been arrested by the security agencies, reliable sources confirmed to PANA in Banjul on Wednesday.
According to the sources, Mr. Secka was arrested at his home a fortnight ago and a family member says they do not know the reason for his arrest and where he is being held.
The family member said they have not seen him since his arrest.
Until his arrest, Mr. Secka was Acting Ambassador to Guinea Bissau. He was recalled shortly before his arrest.
He also served as the Director of Operation at the NIA in 2006 and was head of the investigation team into the killing of some 44 Ghanains in Banjul.

- Living in a transparental government where the justice system is unbias, evidence would always show to public when ever arrests and dismissals are being carried out, but in Gambia its different, Why? is it because they reveal Jammeh or NIA secrets?

- Some Gambians wouldn't felt so much angry against Jamme knowing that each President has a term limit, people does because this man want to rule our lives forever,stand above the law,and no one has the guts to fight for his rights as Gambian citizen
