Gambia News: Major Musa Jammeh Passes Away
Major Musa Jammeh, a Principal Protection Officer to the President, passed away yesterday morning at the Royal Victoria Teaching Hospital following an illness .
His death follows the death last April of Captain Tumbul Tamba, another Principal Protection Officer to the President who also succumbed to what was believed to have been a debilitating illness.
The remains of the late Major Jammeh are expected to be interred today by 10a.m in Sukuta Village, Kombo North.
