Gambia News : Gambian leader insists he can treat more diseases with herbs

Jan 20,2010 by

gambia Gambian President Yahya Jammeh has promised to treat more diseases, saying he would announce eight new cures for diseases during the fourth anniversary of his treatment breakthrough, PANA reported from here Tuesday.

In reports monitored on Gambia Radio and Television Services, Jammeh said with herbal medicine, he had the ability to treat several new diseases.

Speaking at the end of the third anniversary of the Presidential Treatment Programme (PTP) in his home town, Kanilia, Jammeh announced that he could cure stroke, sickel-cell, diabetes and arthritis, saying he had cured patients with these diseases successfully in the past.

He asserted that he had an effective medicine for stroke, not only to prevent it but also to cure it.

According to him, it is not possible to prevent a person from having stroke in a situation when he or she is likely to have it.

Jammeh boasted that anyone suffering from a stroke and is paralysed, "we can get you back on your feet within seven days," adding that this particular treatment had been tested seven times.

"We can effectively cure arthritis," the President revealed, noting that his treatment for this ailment had no age limit.

"No matter how old you are, we can treat your arthritis," he declared.

The President disclosed that sickle-cell, a deadly disease, was no longer a myth that could not be cured, saying so far, he had successfully treated eight people diagnosed of sickle-cell.

  • Lamin, there is no hatred in me. Just plain common sense. Not any, none, zero, zip, null people ever testified to be cured by the Fat Sheikh. If there were, they would be out on the streets, singing and chanting His glory, wouldn't they? They aren't.

  • Lamin Jallow in the court of law you are already found guilty. You condem one when you proof him wrong but not base on your hatered, ignorance, personal interest, greed, tribal or whatever. Life for Jammeh goes on while our hearts continue burning.
