One Sheriffo Fofana, on Monday March 12, was arraigned before the Bundung Magistrate's Court, presided over by Magistrate James George, charged with stealing a motor vehicle, contrary to Section 225 of the Criminal Code.

According to the particulars of the offence, on January,20, 2007, at Latrikunda in the KMC, the accused stole a motor vehicle mark Peugeot 505, with a registration number- Bjl 1213B, being a property of one Mr Momodou Ndoye.

When the charge sheet was read to him, he pleaded not guilty and was granted bail in the sum of D10,000, with two Gambians sureties.

The case was then adjourned to March 22 . First Class 1674 Ceesay, stood in for the I.G.P.
